Terms and Conditions

Total Joinery Supplies agrees to complete all works as per the design, specifications, finishes, delivery, and completion dates in accordance with each order.

All works to be carried out safely to occupational health and safety requirement.

Variations

(a)      Should any variations arise, or additional joinery works be required, they must be sent through for approval and signed off before works commence. This may incur a variation to the price.

(b)      If variations are submitted after the manufacture date this will incur a variation to the price.

Total Joinery Supplies may at times require the need to make changes to specified materials to an approved equivalent or similar product. In which case the client will be notified. Lead times may change depending on the availability of timber species, on current workloads, forward orders and delivery schedules.

Limitation of Liability

Any event natural or unnatural that is beyond the control of Total Joinery Supplies may incur significant delays and rescheduling. In which case Total Joinery Supplies will not be responsible for any loss, claims or damage.

Any specified product that requires outsourcing, sampling or shipping may warrant an extension of lead time.

Warranties

All joinery works are covered under our manufactures and suppliers’ warranty for a period of 7 yrs. This covers any replacement or repair of material used which may become defective or any failure of hardware under normal working conditions. Fair wear and tear excluded.

Failure to install any joinery item (by others) correctly as per manufactures recommendations, all warranty will become void.

Damage caused by misuse or deliberate attempts to use a product other than intended will void all warranty.

Payments

Please ensure payments are made by their due dates to avoid any possible delays, or an adjustment to the completion time will be made.

Payments must be made in full prior to manufacture.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please note that all of our timber joinery products are bespoke individual items. Whilst we do our best to maintain consistency ultimately the natural variation of timbers is not considered a defect and we cannot offer refunds if the unit has not met your expectation in terms of grain and colour. If an item has been incorrectly made or despatched, the item will be exchanged free of charge.

Shipping

Products purchased through our online shop are available to be shipped Australia wide via TNT/Fed-ex.

Shipping costs are location based and are calculated at checkout.

Product manufacture and dispatch time is dependant on availability of timber species and production timelines. We will generally ship within 8-10 weeks of purchase. Pick up is also available from our Epping warehouse for local orders.
